In any survival situation food quickly becomes an issue. I know they say you can survive 30 days without food but who wants to do that? To survive, and not just die as slowly as you can until you are rescued, you have to be able to obtain food. Edible plants are definitely a must in any survival situation but fat and protein are vital and avocados don’t grow on trees in most parts of the world. Animals are the best source of fat and protein but they can be incredibly illusive and many are most active during the night hours when our vision is impaired. Therefore trapping is a must have skill for every survivalist. The course will teach you the principals behind a good trap design, how to build primitive snare and deadfall traps and where to set them to maximize productivity.
