MINDFULNESS & MOVEMENT

In a world where we live so separated from nature and often each other, let's connect! This day is about dropping into yourself, and then the world around you.  We will move mindfully like animals, learning about these wonderful creatures as we focus on what our body needs. When we hike through the woods, it will be with intention and awareness. What is the farthest sound we can hear? Do we notice the wind on our skin? Meditations, games, and exploring the land will be spread throughout our time together.

There will be lots of sharing and partner work to build new relationships! First we need to build compassion for ourselves and then we can take care of others :) Let's start by breathing in the fresh air and sharing some laughs! By the end of the day we will be able to see how we're all connected to one other and this beautiful earth. Come open your heart and discover the joy in just being present with nature!
